Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local carriers, and external factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
