  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by local law.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are generally non-refundable.
